About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role has become available due to the expansion of our team to meet the growing needs of our community. The successful candidate will be working three days a week, supporting a class of 25 enthusiastic young learners. This position stands out as an incredible opportunity to work in a school that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration. With strong support from experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) and a coaching leadership style, you will have the freedom to implement engaging and inspiring lessons tailored to the needs of each child.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS curriculum.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Collaborating with TAs and other staff members to support individual student needs.
