About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our exceptional team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role has become available due to an exciting expansion of our early years department, reflecting our commitment to providing the best start for our youngest learners. In this role, you will be nurturing a class of 25 eager young minds, guiding them through their crucial early years’ development. With a balanced mix of structured learning and play, you will create a stimulating and supportive environment that caters to each child’s individual needs.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A deep understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being.
