About the role: Are you a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We have the perfect role for you at our large, three-form entry primary school in Ealing, London As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing the youngest learners in our school, providing them with the foundation they need to succeed. You will create a stimulating and engaging environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in the EYFS, with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to support the learning and development of each pupil.
• Regularly assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Engage with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships, ensuring that all pupils have the support they need to thrive.
