Academics Ltd are working with an esteemed school in the London Borough of Ealing who pride themselves on providing a warm, enriching environment where children can thrive. The school are looking for an Early Years Practitioner who is committed to nurturing the unique talents and interests of each child. This role is within one of the Early Years classes, in a team with a Team Leader who oversees the team. Each member of staff in the team will lead on some specific areas of strength in the curriculum and support in other lessons and snack and play duties. The successful candidate will be a team player and confident in themselves.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Undertaking classroom preparation and organisation.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that adheres to regulatory standards.
  • To take responsibility for planning activities and the assessment of children, to aid with the overall development of the pupils.
