About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-resourced primary school in Ealing. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to students with ASD in a small, supportive classroom environment.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in implementing learning plans and monitoring student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional development.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as an SEN TA working with children with ASD.
  • A compassionate and patient approach, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to provide a supportive learning environment.
