English Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English graduate to join our team as an English Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the classroom with general teaching duties, including leading small intervention groups and supporting pupils with special educational needs.
  • Work closely with class teachers to provide support and guidance to pupils, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to support pupils' learning and development.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • English-related degree and good A Levels and GCSEs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Confident and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, with a passion for inspiring and motivating pupils.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the school and its pupils.
