JOB- SAP Co-Ordinator
LOCATION- Warickshire
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is seeking a meticulous and organized SAP Co-Ordinator to join our client’s manufacturing team in Warickshire. Our client is a leader in their industry, producing high-quality components for the commercial and retail sector.
The SAP Co-Ordinator will ideally have the following attributes:
Proven experience in production planning, SAP Coordination or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
Experience in SAP database management, specifically to part numbering and BOMs.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related technical field However not essential
Proficiency or a strong understanding in CAD softwares and Microsoft Office, including Excel
Technical understanding or familiarity with materials and manufacturing techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail and organizational skills 
The SAP Co-Ordinator role will involve:
Updating and maintaining the part numbering to meet customer demands and optimize workflow
Coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Input new part numbers into the system, interpreting technical drawings and specifications with a high degree of accuracy.
Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for complex assemblies, ensuring alignment with technical documentation and manufacturing requirements.
Organize and manage Kits, coordinating with production to ensure completeness and accuracy of components.
Collaborate with Sales, production, and design teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all technical documentation and SAP entries.
Conduct regular audits of the database to identify and correct any discrepancies.
Provide training and support to other team members on SAP database management and procedures.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for part number creation and BOM management.
