Your commute : we're just 5 minutes from J18 of the M25, but we also offer subsidised transport to the surrounding area, including Chalfont and Latimer station, making us accessible from Hemel Hempstead, Watford and High Wycombe.

Love your job as a Chef de Partie at De Vere Latimer Estate near Amersham- where you'll experience an exciting blend of variety and a vibrant work environment working with our excellent Head Chef Stephen Englefield and his brigade.

Earn from £15.50 per per hour plus service charge.

We have a new full time role available working 40 hours per week over days with paid overtime and live in accommodation on site.

Alternatively we also have a flexible part time position.

As a Chef de Partie you will:

  • Work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere
  • Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Support and mentor Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented brigade
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to create new dishes and menus that leave a lasting impression.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety for yourself and your team.
  • Understand that attention to detail is essential in creating memorable culinary experiences.
