Stores Operative

The role is integral to the smooth operation of a well-established company, where your expertise will be highly valued. As a Stores Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient management of stock, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and accurately recorded. Your day-to-day tasks will include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, organising stock in the stores department, and preparing items for dispatch and relocation on the site. The use of counterbalance and reach forklifts will be a significant part of your responsibilities, making your skills indispensable.
Candidates should possess a valid counterbalance and reach forklift licence, with demonstrable experience in a similar role (Minimum 1 year). Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy are essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team will ensure your success in this role.
