Overview:nEverest People Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to support the recruitment and daily administration of our customers based in Coventry. We are looking for someone who has either worked in an office administration or customer service environment before. As Recruitment Resourcer, you will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability of working well in a team and supporting the growth of the region.
Key Duties & Responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer:nSourcing candidates for all temporary vacancies via email, calls, LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards.nMonitoring all applications via our website.nTelephone Pre-screening candidates ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gauge interest & the skills meet the request of the client and job spec.nOrganising Excel trackers and making sure everything is up to date.nData Entry – SalesForce, ExcelnManaging candidate pools and matching to vacancies.nEnsuring paperwork is compliant and filled in correctly.nChecking and copying ID, VISA's and other proof of right to work documents, always enforcing compliance regulations.nMonitoring and updating SalesForce accordingly, following company processes procedures.nAd hoc administration
Requirements for the Recruitment Resourcer:nPrevious experience in a recruitment resourcing or coordination role.nIdeally able to drive and have access to own car and willing to travel.nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.nAdaptability to change.nStrong attention to detail with great communication skills both verbally and written.nAble to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines.nStrong level of IT, administrative and organisational skills.nTime management skills
