They are known for delivering exceptional services to a valued client base in the Lending - Consumer sector.
The Role
As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for managing daily workloads, chasing arrangements, and ensuring file accuracy. This role offers competitive salary, company pension, and various benefits, making it an attractive opportunity for driven professionals in the collections industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workload and chase arrangements
Review files continuously to ensure accuracy
Handle customer complaints and vulnerability calls
Prepare client reports and raise invoices
