PassMeFast is a nationwide intensive driving course agent, helping over 100,000 learners start their journey to passing their test since 2016. We believe we are the faster route to driving, offering a swifter way for learners to drive by fast-tracking theory and practical tests and organising lessons to finish just ahead of a student agreed test date. Our unique business model offers a platform to connect both DVSA-approved ADIs (Approved Driving Instructors) and learners, creating a new way of teaching and learning to drive. We are the biggest intensive driving course agent in the UK.

The PassMeFast proposition is built to offer a fast, premium, credible driving experience transforming learners of all skill levels into safe, confident drivers.

**What's the role?**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Creation, review and update of job adverts and developing our strategy for finding top talent
- Management of external recruitment agency relationships to negotiate the best terms and drive performance
- Assist in new-starter training including induction presentations
- Creation and roll out of hiring manager training for topics such as interview techniques, diversity & inclusion and unconscious bias
- Promotion of the PassMeFast employer brand through platforms such as LinkedIn, as well as working with our internal Marketing Executive to utilise company social media accounts
- Accurate data collection and reporting to track trends, identify issues and opportunities to improve recruitment processes

**Additional Duties Will Include**:

- Handling first-line HR queries in order to support the wider team
- Assist with the review and creation of academy and probation training for contact centre roles

- Demonstrable experience working in a recruitment role, preferably in-house, and successfully providing recruitment solutions for contact centre or helpdesk roles
- Commercial awareness in managing to a desired cost and time to hire
- Experience in creating and managing recruitment campaigns
- Subject matter expert on utilising direct recruitment methods and job boards across our key platforms
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment law and best practice
- Ability to be discreet when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Self-motivated and resilient with the ability to prioritise workloads and balance multiple vacancies at one time
- Ability to manage own time and workload effectively whilst working to tight recruitment deadlines
- Well presented, approachable and confident dealing with all levels of seniority
- Proactive, with ability to work using own initiative
- Strong administration and IT skills
