Your Role as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer:
Inspire and Educate:

Deliver comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care.
Manage and Mentor:

Oversee a minimum caseload of 45 learners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to excel.
Flexibility:

Enjoy remote work with opportunities for face-to-face engagement in your designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
Guidance:

Lead learners towards achieving their apprenticeships or qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessment.
Assessment:

Regularly assess work, provide constructive feedback, and update the E-Portfolio system (Aptem).
Support:

Identify and assist learners with additional learning needs using the neurodiversity platform Cognassist.
Promotion and Monitoring:

Ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion are continually promoted and monitored.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:

Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
Experience:

Occupationally competent in the health and social care industry with relevant qualifications up to Level 5.
Delivery:

Proven experience delivering apprenticeships.
Skills:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high caseloads.
