Handle goods correctly to minimise damage and follow manual handling techniques to prevent injury. Carry out other reasonable requests to support the effective operation of the warehouse. Use manual handling equipment appropriately, as trained, to support operational processes when needed. Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and take appropriate action if procedures are not followed or can be improved. Conduct equipment checks according to procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Maintain and update site Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and working instructions. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer service.
