About the Role:


In this role, you will be defending claims against a wide range of professionals, particularly in financial and property-related matters. You will also provide critical advice to insurers on related coverage issues. The team represents an array of professionals, including:


Architects and Engineers

Solicitors

IT and Media Professionals

Financial Intermediaries

SIPP Administrators

Fund Managers


Given the nature of the work, experience in coverage matters is essential. Additionally, as many of the team's clients are in the financial services sector, you must have experience with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).


What They're Looking For:


A qualified solicitor with a minimum 4PQE experience in professional indemnity, particularly in defending claims and advising on coverage issues.

Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and FOS procedures.
