Professional Indemnity Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Professional Indemnity Solicitor to join our team as a Partner in our London office. As a key member of our Insurance Law team, you will be responsible for leading a team of lawyers in handling complex insurance litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of lawyers in handling professional indemnity matters, including defending claims against professionals and construction clients.
  • Manage and supervise individuals or teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the professional indemnity practice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients.
  • Proven track record of managing and supervising teams.
  • Strong understanding of insurance disputes, policy coverage matters, and Directors' and Officers' liability.
