Professional Indemnity Insurance Specialist

### Job Summary
Lockton Companies is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Professional Indemnity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing clients, managing renewal books, and working with the broking team to place renewals. If you have a passion for the Professional Indemnity sector and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
### Key Responsibilities
* Servicing of clients as an advocate for their needs, ensuring exceptional service
* Actively manage allocated renewal book, working to place renewals in conjunction with the broking team
* Work with other members of the team to meet key performance metrics and targets
* Collaborate with fellow associates to develop enhanced service opportunities, social media content, webinars, and best practice
### Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the UK PI sector
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to attend external client meetings when required
* Proficient MS Office and administrative skills
* Energy and the appetite to learn and collaborate with fellow associates
* Flexible office-based role, with a mix of home- and office-based working
