What is involved in the Senior NAM role?nof existing and growing new accounts.nrole for the End User accounts.nthe annual account plan in line with the core objectives for the channel.nBusiness Development – strategic and targeted to meet P&L objectives.nthe End User Team.nclosely with New Product Development and Marketing teams.non marketing led and quality driven activities.nclosely with the Development team to understand the detail around product development.nof annual budgets around volumes, price point, costs and margins by product line.nupdates with the Head of Sales on progress ensuring appropriate activities are in place.nfeedback from the customer base.nwithin the accounts around price increases and all contracts are managed and signed ahead of implementation etc.nbased contract with one day per week or averaged over the month in the office.
Your background needs to include:nFoodservice commercial experience, able to display development of new accounts.nStrong network in the foodservice sector – End User experience an advantage not essential.nThe ability and energy to onboard new customers and drive growth in current accounts.nAmbitious with the resilience and tenacity.nStrong communication and presentation skills.nWork on own initiative and motivate and drive the team.nStrong analytical skills, able to devise trends and themes.nManagerial experience in previous commercial career.
