The successful candidate will provide professional advice and support to managers and employees, contributing to the overall efficiency and development of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate selection to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate and deliver training sessions, and support the development of employees to enhance their skills and career progression.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes and advising the organization accordingly.
HR Administration: Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and other HR documentation.
Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of HR practices.
Project Management: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational performance and employee engagement.Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.Benefits:
