TeacherActive is excited to be working with a Primary School located in Newport. The school aims to provide a positive ethos and strive to create a happy, safe, secure and stimulating learning environment in which all members of the school community can develop skills while taking ownership of their learning journey. The school are highly rated for their fantastic facilities and community centric nature. Due to a change in their staffing structure the school are looking to appoint an administrator initially on a part-time basis.
The successful applicant must have previous experience working within an administration role and experience with SIMS is a must. The working hours are Monday & Friday 08:30 - 16:00, it is essential that you can commit to these hours for the rest of the academic year.
The successful Administrator will have the following skills:
- At least 6 months experience within an administrative role
- SIMS experience (required)
- A bubbly and charismatic personality
- Dealing with school meals administration, ordering stationary, paying invoices, printing and photocopying.
- Data management
- Accounting and finance knowledge
