We are looking for a Customer Support Representative , for our well-known client from the IT industry.


Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Type of Work: (onsite, B2B)


Responsibilities:


  • receives and places customer service telephone calls
  • maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • resolves customer complaints
  • managing database records
  • drafting status reports on customer service issues


Requirements:


  • high level of communication skills
  • around 4-7 years of experience as a Customer Support
  • attention to details
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • proactive problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues

Languages:

  • English C1 level mandatory
