We are looking for a

Customer Support Representative , for our well-known client from the IT industry.

Location:

Newcastle upon TynenType of Work:

(onsite, B2B)

Responsibilities:

receives and places customer service telephone callsnmaintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalismnresolves customer complaintsnmanaging database recordsndrafting status reports on customer service issues

Requirements:

high level of communication skillsnaround 4-7 years of experience as a Customer Supportnattention to detailsnability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentnproactive problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issuesnLanguages:nEnglish C1 level mandatory
