We are seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner, supporting the Regional Heads of Strategic Accounts in both EMEA and AMERS (Data and Analytics Business)

This role will act as a trusted advisor and execution owner on a full range of topics in support of the Groups' strategic priorities. They will lead by influence fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment. You will drive the execution of regional strategic initiatives to drive improved transparency, data quality/accuracy, pipeline management and better governance. You will be accountable for tracking, measuring and improving the core operational metrics and KPIs of our Strategic Accounts business for both EMEA and AMERS.

We are seeking someone who is dynamic, analytical and has the gravitas to partner with our Strategic Accounts Leadership Team.

What you'll be doing?
  • Establish the operating rhythm and cadence for Group and Key Strategic Accounts across Pipeline, Revenue, Retention and Growth initiatives
  • Lead and execute on key business initiatives; with effective communication and project management, drive the rigour, cadence and action management for successful completion
  • Drive collaboration across a matrix organisation
  • Act as an integrator and air traffic controller. Connects siloed people and workstreams to drive organization change and delivery of outcomes. Key point of interlock between Sales, Business Operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams in driving an effective Sales organisation.
  • Drive process improvement and change initiatives. Understand and promote industry "standard methodologies".
  • Ensure consistency of information, processes, policies across the Group by serving as central point for effective business management, partnering with all leaders
  • Represent the market through participation in management meetings, steering committees, task forces, and committees. Participate in the business's strategic planning process.
  • Be accountable for leading and promoting change and make appropriate recommendation for the control environment.
Who are we looking for?
  • Driven and committed professional with a background in sales operations
  • Good knowleldge of the financial markets
  • Knowledge and experience in using PowerBI and Salesforce
  • Able to navigate complex situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in challenging and influencing C-Suite Stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to draw out key information to help drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills who enjoys building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Outcome and delivery focused, with quantitative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritise work load and works well under pressure
  • Adept at using organisation and collaboration tools and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-leadership and can-do attitude. Demonstrates motivation in pursuit of stretching targets and delivery requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and able to convey complex ideas and information in a simple and compelling way that will engage and motivate stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a mix of emotional intelligence, judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and business acumen.
  • Experience with the use of various productivity, BI and sales enablement tooling - Salesforce, Excel, Power BI (a plus)
