We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our clients’ industry-leading team and drive growth throughout North London, The Home Counties & Essex.

This dynamic, field-based role empowers you to become a strategic growth partner for your customers, building strong relationships and identifying their needs whilst developing customised solutions that propel their business forward, maximising sales and profitability within your territory.

Working with a premium brand at the forefront of dental technology, you'll have the freedom and support to drive business development and make a real impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and proactive outreach.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations to secure deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy.
  • Utilize CRM and other software to track customer interactions and progress.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand your network.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices or similar industries
  • Knowledge of the dental industry a big advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
