Leadership & Management (ILM) Assessor

The role involves assessing and training candidates on the Level 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management, including the delivery of Essential Skills qualifications.
Applicants will have previously worked within a leadership or managerial role and possess a great attitude and willingness to adapt and develop themselves further. Applicants will also be experienced in using Microsoft Office applications and be PC literate. A qualification in either Leadership and Management or assessment practice is desirable however, full training will be provided to achieve these within particular timescales. V1/PGCE or equivalent qualifications are also desirable as is the ability to speak Welsh.
Frequent travel across South Wales is to be expected, therefore a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications held, PLUS a £500 Welsh-speaking uplift.

Base: Home-based (field-based)
Location/Areas Covered: South Wales
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), although reduced hours will be considered.
