Job Description:
As an Experienced Window and Door Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the construction and home improvement sectors. Drawing on your industry knowledge and established network, you will identify and pursue sales opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. With the support of our experienced team and extensive product offerings, you will have the tools and resources to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your industry experience and network to identify and cultivate relationships with builders, architects, and specifiers.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate window and door solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers and installation technicians, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales roles within the window or construction industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
- Deep understanding of window and door solutions, construction processes, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
