Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead - French Fluency Contract ; 12 months Salary ; £90 - £119k pa Location ; London Hybrid We're looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to shape and grow key partnerships across the UK and France. This is a senior, high-impact role based in London, with travel to Paris. What You'll Do Lead strategic partnership and business development initiatives across both markets, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams. Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with long-term growth goals. Negotiate, structure, and manage agreements , ensuring strategic fit and brand alignment. Model and report on financial and strategic outcomes , defining and tracking KPIs to measure success. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with potential and existing partners. Ensure smooth execution and coordination across all business areas. What You Bring 12+ years' experience in business development or partnerships leadership . Strong strategic thinking , commercial acumen, and negotiation skills. Proven success managing complex, high-value partnerships. Advanced analytical and modelling skills; experience with data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of the UK and French markets , with fluency in French (written and spoken). Confident communicator with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders . Highly organised, adaptable, and entrepreneurial in approach.
