We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Principal Consultant to come and join our team
The ideal candidate will have a track record of winning new business and growing accounts, be capable of managing their own time, and have the ability to proactively cross sell.
What will you do?nBe responsible for business development, running your desk as if it's your own businessnSourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with themnLead executive search projects across the globenCreate a smooth and memorable candidate and client journeynAttend networking events, business trips and customer meetingsnStakeholder managementnHave a growing base of contactsnNegotiate salaries between partiesnPush for Top-Biller statusnExcellent knowledge of market and sector is desirednMentor, coach & develop a team of Delivery Consultants, Junior Consultants, etc. in the near future.
What are we looking for?nA self-starter, who enjoys working in a dynamic environmentnSomeone with experience in a similar industrynSomeone who is highly competitivenExcellent people and relationship building skillsnIs highly detail conscious, with analytical skillsnStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalitiesnTakes the ownership of delegated tasksnBe a team player that can ‘think outside of the box’nHave strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”nBe able to bring energy to the office everyday
