Japanese Speaking HR Assistant - What You'll be Doing:
* Provide support in visa sponsorship processes and UK visa operations
* Conduct financial tasks, including calculations, postings, and payments related to payroll and departmental operations
* Support payroll and allowances for Japanese expatriates in select European countries
* Carry out additional administrative duties essential for team operations
* Promote GDPR compliance and updates within the department
Japanese Speaking HR Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Fluent in English and Japanese
* Strong communication skills
* Competent in using MS EXCEL
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Experience in a fast-paced work environment and handling confidential information
