Sales Executive - The Role:
* Swiftly progressing enquiries made through our website, social media channels, comparison sites partners, via email and telephone;
* Building rapport with customers to identify their needs via telephone, email and live chat;
* Informing customers about our products and services, promoting offers and answering questions;
* Handling objections, closing sales and maintaining great customer relationships;
* Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and sales.
Sales Executive - Essential Candidate Qualities:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Resourceful and able to use initiative
* Proven track record of achieving targets
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills
* Proven track record of excellent customer service
An understanding of the motor industry and knowledge of vehicle leasing and contract hire would be preferred, however, are not essential as training and support will be provided
