  • Swiftly progressing enquiries made through our website, social media channels, comparison sites partners, via email and telephone;
  • Building rapport with customers to identify their needs via telephone, email and live chat;
  • Informing customers about our products and services, promoting offers and answering questions;
  • Handling objections, closing sales and maintaining great customer relationships;
