Job Title: Product Owner

Our West Yorkshire financial services based client requires a Product Owner for an initial 6 month contract.

Rate: £625 per day
Location: Halifax (Leeds at a push) (2 days onsite minimum)

Responsibilities:
  • Owns and manages the product backlog to deliver a shared service HR model.
  • Supports development of Lab or Team OKRs and provides product performance and benefits realisation data.
  • Defines user-stories at Lab or Team level to meet customer needs.
  • Works with Customer Journey Manager to analyse user stories for customer journey improvements.
  • Shapes Product vision and roadmap.
  • Prioritises, refines and manages Team Product backlog.
  • Accountable for Product change governance and Business Readiness activities (eg, training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for their respective features, journeys or technology components.
Skills & Experience:
  • The right candidate will be self motivated and come in to lead and manage the Delivery team.
  • Understand how to action a project backlog and will encourage a high performing team.
  • Jira and Allign experience/knowledge and Service now experience will be a bonus.
  • You will also have experience of managing HR operations teams and implementing a shared services model.
  • Any background is desired - this does not need to be financial.
Rate: £625 per day
Location: Halifax (Leeds at a push) (2 days onsite minimum)
