Assistant Lettings Manager

Responsibilities for the Assistant Lettings Manager role
Assisting the Managing Director in managing a portfolio of properties
Conducting property viewings and generating tenant interest
Negotiating rental agreements and preparing tenancy documentation
Carrying out property inspections and addressing maintenance issues
Handling tenant enquiries and resolving disputes efficiently
Managing rent collection and arrears
Ensuring compliance with landlord and tenant legislation
Contributing to the marketing and promotion of the lettings business
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Supporting the Lettings Manager in staff management and training
Skills & Experience for this Assistant Lettings Manager role:
Proven experience in the lettings industry
Strong understanding of the lettings process and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficient in property management software
Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits for this Assistant Lettings Manager role include;

Basic salary circa £25,000 plus commission
OTE circa £40,000
