The Recruitment Co are looking for a Contracts Manager to work for one of our long standing clients based in the Sunderland area on a 1 year fixed term contract with a potential extension for the right candidate.
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only) - Working 1 weekend in every 8.
Starting ASAP
Working as part of a team of managers, you would be responsible for:
Controlling a team of around 50 members of staff
Dealing with low level HR matters
Organising and coordinating training for staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be health and safety trained - Ideally holding a Level 3 NEBOSH/IOSH
Have experience in leading a team, no matter how small
Be well organised and self motivated
