Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns.
- Commercial Project Management: Oversee commercial aspects of projects, including contract negotiations, proposal development, and project financial management.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
- Contract Administration: Manage contract administration, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a commercial or procurement role, preferably in the construction and engineering sector.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex commercial data and make informed decisions.
- Contract Management Skills: Excellent contract management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective contract management strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
