Up to £25,480.00 per annum (pro-rata)

Our club isn't just a gym. It's a fitness facility with a fully integrated holistic health center and a range of health experts, from personal trainers to health mentors, nutritionists, wellbeing advisors, physiotherapists, physiologists and GPs. So, this isn't your average sales role.

As a Sales Executive at our Chelmsford Fitness & Wellbeing Club, you will champion a place that is much more than just a gym. We combine a state-of-the-art fitness facility with a fully integrated holistic health center, staffed by a range of health specialists, including Personal Trainers, Health Mentors, Nutritionists, Wellbeing Advisors, Physiotherapists, Physiologists, and GPs.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Motivate customers to improve their health and fitness by understanding their goals and providing personalized solutions.

  • Identify customers' needs and deliver tailored packages that cater to their requirements, from personal training to nutritional advice.

  • Spend time in the local community, planning open days and events, as well as visiting businesses to raise awareness of our services.

  • Develop a sales-focused culture throughout the Club, encouraging colleagues to work together to achieve our sales targets.

To succeed as a Sales Executive, you will need:

  • To be inspiring and motivational, with the ability to confidently stand up in front of a room and engage with others.

  • To have excellent matching skills, able to pair customers with products based on their specific needs and experiences.

  • To be confident in working towards targets and tenacious on challenging days. You will play a key role in helping one of the nation's strongest health brands continue to grow and positively impact people's lives.
