ServiceNow Programme Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Start: December / January. Rate: £725 inside IR35. The Role We’re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead a major Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across a complex financial services environment. What You’ll Be Doing Drive the end-to-end management of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementation. Manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across multiple business units. Oversee vendor relationships, including contractual obligations and performance management. Own financials: budgets, forecasts, and cost control. Ensure delivery excellence by closing the loop on every task and milestone. What You’ll Bring Deep ServiceNow expertise platform, ITSM, HRSD (and ideally additional modules). Hands-on implementation experience you’ve delivered ServiceNow programmes before. Proven programme management track record large-scale, complex environments. Financial services industry experience – essential for understanding regulatory and operational nuances. Strong leadership skills managing diverse teams and senior stakeholders. Vendor management and contractual oversight experience. Financial control and governance expertise. A proactive, results-driven mindset you take ownership and make things happen. The Deal Day Rate: £740 (Inside IR35) Contract Length: Initial 12 months, with likely extension. Start Date: December/Jan.
