Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to fill a unique hybrid role at Scan Global Holdings (SGH). This position combines executive support for the CEO, administrative responsibilities for the newly established Scan Global Realty UK office, and a commission-based real estate sales role focusing on Dubai properties. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple responsibilities, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and possessing a keen interest in real estate. Frequent travel between the UAE office and the Canada Head Office will be required.
Office Location and On-Site Presence:
● Primary Location: 2nd Floor, Berkeley Square House, Berkeley Square, London W1J 6BD
● On-Site Presence: The role requires hybrid on-site presence at the London office for administrative and real estate development activities, as well as frequent travel to the UAE office and Canada Head Office.
Part-Time Executive Liaison Responsibilities:
● Workflow Management: Work closely with the CEO to create and manage tasks within the new Workflow Management System (WMS) for the CEO’s global operations, including other senior leaders such as the CMO, CFO, and Operations Manager.
● Task Oversight: Oversee and track task completion assigned to various stakeholders across all SGH companies, ensuring that deadlines are met and performance standards are upheld.
● Calendar and Communication Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle incoming emails. Prioritize and address urgent matters, and ensure timely responses.
● Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, acting as their primary point of contact and managing additional tasks as required.
● Real Estate Office Setup: Assist in setting up Scan Global Realty UK’s administrative functions, including integrating with lead platforms like Zoopla, Rightmove, Facebook, and Instagram. Manage the distribution of leads to the local sales team and monitor task progress.
● Event Support: Provide support for various property sales-related events in the UK. Coordinate with the Group’s Marketing team at the Head Office and assist in setting up and running local ad campaigns. Advise on and participate in local events related to property investments to attract potential buyers for Dubai properties. Manage subscriptions to property-related platforms such as Proptech Connect and the British Property Foundation.
Part-Time Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities:
● Property Sales: Promote and sell Dubai properties to potential buyers, utilizing various lead generation methods and networking opportunities. Training will be provided.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on the Dubai property market.
● Training and Development: Participate in training programs offered by the Dubai office and engage in ongoing self-learning to stay informed about market trends and sales techniques.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the Dubai office to ensure a smooth client experience and effective handling of transactions.
Frequent Travel Requirements:
● Travel regularly between the UAE office and the Canada Head Office to facilitate coordination and communication between these key locations.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in executive support, administrative roles, or real estate sales.
● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
● Familiarity with real estate platforms and lead management tools is advantageous.
● Motivated and driven by commission-based earnings in real estate sales.
● Willingness and ability to travel frequently between the UAE office and the Canada Head Office.
Remuneration Package
1. Executive Liaison Compensation:
● Base Salary: upto £18,000 per annum (Part-time, pro-rata based on 30 hours per week)
o This salary range accounts for the executive support responsibilities, administrative tasks, and on-site presence at the London office.
o This can be paid to the candidate from the Canadian head office directly to the candidate’s bank in UK. No source deduction is required.
2. Real Estate Sales Compensation:
● Commission Structure:
o Up to 35% Commission on self-generated leads.
o Up to 25% Commission on company-generated leads.
o Initial Commission Splits: 15%-25% while undergoing training and building a client base.
o This commission structure offers significant earning potential, incentivizing strong performance and sales success in the Dubai property market.
3. Additional Benefits:
● Travel Expenses: Coverage or reimbursement for travel between the UAE office and Canada Head Office.
● Training and Development: Access to training programs and professional development opportunities related to real estate and executive support.
● Performance Bonuses: Potential bonuses of up-to 10% based on meeting or exceeding sales targets and operational performance goals.
4. Miscellaneous:
● Office Equipment: Provision of necessary office equipment and resources for both on-site and remote work. Own Laptop is required initially.
● Flexible Working: Flexibility in work hours and remote work arrangements, subject to the needs of the role and business.
This package is designed to attract a skilled individual capable of handling both executive and real estate responsibilities while providing a competitive base salary and lucrative commission opportunities to drive high performance in the sales role.
