We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handy Person/maintenance operative to join our growing team in the Northamptonshire area. As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in both empty and tenanted properties. Your role will include tasks ranging from changing taps to painting walls, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform repairs, maintenance, and renewals.
Work in both empty properties and tenanted homes.
Complete tasks such as changing taps, painting walls, and other maintenance duties.
Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and correctly on the first attempt.
Requirements:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own van.
Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance.
Ability to carry out work to a consistently high standard.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Core hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
