HR Assistant

As a HR assistant, you will report into and work closely with the Head of HR supporting the day to day operations of the HR function. This includes managing the employee life cycle, supporting with Employee Relations issues and building relationship with key stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career and take that next step in to a HR Advisor role as the organisation offers excellent career progression and development, as a HR Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Drafting and issuing offer letters, employment contracts and outcome letters
Dealing with day to day ER issues
Supporting with TUPE consultation
Maintain all HR Trackers and Systems
Support the Head of HR to maintain and update company policies, procedures and handbooks
Coaching and supporting employees on Employee Relations issues such as holiday requests, sickness absence and performance management
Managing the Exit interview process ensuring all leavers receive and complete relevant paperwork
Support the wider HR team in the delivery of Recruitment, Health & Safety, Equality diversity and Inclusion and Safeguarding matters
