We're hiring for a Quantum Photonics Engineer in Europe (relocation away from the UK required). A role where you'll design and simulate integrated photonic devices and collaborate with fabrication and measurement experts.


Your purpose:
  • Design integrated nonlinear photonic devices
  • Simulate cutting-edge optical devices
  • Analyze and present your findings
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams
We think the right person will bring:
  • Experience in designing, simulating, and testing integrated photonic devices
  • An understanding of quantum and non-linear optics
  • Proficiency with simulation tools like COMSOL, Lumerical, MEEP etc...
  • Skilled in Python for data analysis and acquisition
  • Proven hands-on experimental experience
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Cleanroom fabrication experience
