Working both independently and as part of the wider Project team, the Support Administrator will provide essential support to programme leads, aiding in the coordination, implementation, and delivery of various projects.
This role includes managing multiple inbound email inboxes as part of a Helpdesk service, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly and escalated to the appropriate person when necessary. The Support Administrator will collaborate with internal departments and external organisations to ensure effective and timely project delivery and provide onsite support at events.
