As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks using in-house software to ensure all referencing and procedures are completed for new sales and tenancies.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get into the property industry for an administrator with excellent communication skills. The contract will start on a temporary basis through the summer, and there is a permanent role available for the right person.
Duties will include:
Carrying out referencing and admin procedures for each property using a checklist
Answering incoming calls and emails for both Lettings and Sales, dealing with their property requirements
Greeting visitors in the office
Matching registered applicants with properties new to the market
Arranging viewings, liaising with both Tenant and Landlords
Managing diaries for lettings and sales
Negotiate Tenancy Agreements and referring sales offers to vendors
Attending viewings from time to time
Advertising propertiesSkills and Experience required:
Admin experience in a fast-paced setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and confident personality
Able to work at a fast pace with accuracyMore information:
This is a temporary contract over summer which will go permanent for the right person
The role is fully office based in Nottingham city centre
