Kingswood Residential Investment Management are specialists in residential property lettings and management across Nottinghamshire.

We are seeking a Lettings / Property Administrator to join our team, who excels in customer service, organisation, computer skills and also has great people skills with clients and colleagues. If this is you, please read on further......

Our business commenced in 2016 and is quickly growing to be a respected professional agency operating in the private rental sector in Nottinghamshire, managing c. 550 properties so far, therefore with a need for this further position.

The role is for a ADMINISTRATOR to undertake the following duties:

- Planning and creating diary appointments in our system diary
- Assisting with invoices relating to our properties
- Conducting uploading of documents to our CRM system
- Ensure legal compliance is adhered to for our clients and us
- Assisting other colleagues with workflow
- Strong administration and organisational capabilities, which can be demonstrated through your previous positions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can multi task
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets.
- Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
- Great people skills with clients and colleagues

Role requirements:

- Hybrid / part home working is considered or full home work or office based all considered. Office location = NG1 5AF.

Previous experience in letting or estate agency preferred but not essential but the ability to demonstrate administration and organisation skills is essential.
