Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process, including initial inquiries, viewings, and move-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, and communicate effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings.
- Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
