We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and providing valuable insights into the local rental market.
- Rental Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide valuable insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Lettings Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Local Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage, but not essential.
- Valid UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
