Salary: £29,000 with 15% performance bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) ⌚️
Location: On the outskirts of Milton Keynes, own transport is a necessity
Role & Responsibilities:
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with clients, wholesalers, and distributors
Promote and sell a range of products and services
Contribute to the achievement of company, team, and individual targets
Exchange information and knowledge with Territory Managers and colleagues
Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and online video conferencing
Provide monthly reports on activity, results, and market feedback
Process orders and maintain accurate records on company systems/CRM
Act as backup for customer services by handling inquiries
Create an effective call plan and use market sales data to target new business opportunities
Participate in sales and product launch meetings when required
Undertake field visits with Territory Managers
The ideal candidate:
GCSE level education or equivalent
Previous experience in telesales/customer service position
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Clear and confident communicator via telephone
Strong administrative and organisational focus
Results-focused team player
Customer-focused
Good people skills
Advantageous:
