About The role:nThe Associate Director of Sales will lead the sales team, drive strategic sales initiatives, and achieve revenue targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities, deep market insight, and a proven history of sales management success. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to create and implement sales plans that align with the company's objectives.

ResponsibilitiesnBuild and maintain relationships with selling agencies and external consultants.nLead and manage both the UK and China sales teams, establishing individual sales targets and KPIs, and evaluating KPIs.nCreate content for sales presentations and sales manuals.nOversee sales reports.nTrain and develop the sales teams.nIdentify and secure bulk sales opportunities.nOversee the daily management of marketing suites and show homes to ensure an exceptional sales experience.nManage channel agents and organize sales events to achieve targets.nCollaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and plans and create marketing collateral.nTravel internationally as needed to support sales efforts and attend events.

RequirementsnLeadership and team management experience and skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.nUK property sales experience.nProven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets and grow the customer base.nExcellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage the sales team and report to stakeholders.nIn-depth knowledge of industry regulations and legislation.nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.nEffective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales promptly.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
