**Associate Director - Global Marketing Agency**

**£70,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Benefits**

**Hybrid Working (Mon & Thurs office based)**

Our client is a London-based global marketing agency working for many of the greatest names in enterprise technology and the need has arisen to hire an Associate Director to join the business.

Their clients include Autodesk, Capgemini, Google, HPE, IBM, and another that’s bigger than all four of those, but that contractually we can’t mention here.

**The Role - Associate Director**:
Associate Directors (ADs) own their client relationships and put the clients’ best interests at the centre of everything they do. They have responsibility for understanding their client’s challenges, politics, priorities and brand/marketing strategies, andensuring that clients achieve their objectives through excellent creative marketing campaigns.

AD's have extensive experience of leading B2B enterprise technology campaigns at a strategic level, and working with senior clients. They are comfortable running multiple large and diverse accounts successfully and profitably at the same time. They are ableto grow these accounts through leading the team to deliver excellent work, building large networks of client contacts, and keeping an eye out for new opportunities.

As Associate Director it is critical you have an outstanding technology background. The successful Associate Director will have a proven track record of running and growing large and complex digital marketing accounts, with at least 10 years’ experiencein marketing and/or advertising, most if not all in tech.

You’re used to leading teams of consultants and creatives to deliver multifaceted digital marketing campaigns on brief, on time, and on budget. You have exceptional attention to detail and are comfortable pushing your teams to ensure work is always of thehighest possible standard.
