Role Overview:
Seeking a skilled Head of Payroll to lead the payroll team with confidence and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing payroll operations and client portfolios effectively. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the payroll team.
* Oversee multi-cycle payrolls to maintain accuracy and client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and client success.
* Manage P&L accounts with a focus on year-on-year margin improvement.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of payroll professionals in their growth and development.
